Easter 2010 and an update

We had a wonderful Easter celebrating Our Lord's Resurrection. It was a lovely day. We woke up this morning and the kids enjoyed their baskets, frenzied around to get ready and then off to church for an AWESOME service. Everything about today was wonderful. After church we went home took some pictures and then down for naps. Then when the kids woke up it was off to Grandpa's and Grandma's for a delicious dinner and more Easter fun.

We have some new additions to the family, 19 little chicks, 8 meat, and 11 laying hens. It's been fun having them around, it took about a week for them to figure out how to go in and out of the coop. Now we just have to open the door in the morning and they run after us and out to play. The kids are enjoying them. It has been really nice weather out. Last week I worked for the day trimming bushes and doing spring clean-up on my mowing jobs. I may be starting mowing this week, I have to look at the jobs. I have also gotten into couponing a lot. It takes about three hours for me to get my coupons, ad matches, menu and list ready, and then it takes forever to do my shopping. I have been saving money though, so I guess it's worth it. Well this week Dylan has his follow- up ultrasound. We will see if the opening has shrunk. Then he has his 4 mon well child doc appt. Then next week to the urologist to see what we do next for his kidneys, so please keep him in your prayers. He is doing great, sleeps sooooo good only wakes up once a night if that, and he is just so happy. He rarely cries, and just has a great spirit about him. Oliver and Danica are great too. Danica is really into PINK, anything pink, and she is so talkative and cuddly, wants to be held a lot, so that is hard sometimes. Oliver is really liking playing outside now. He is so helpful and polite. He clears his place at the table, opens doors for us, helps around the house. Well here are some new pictures of the family. Dylan 4 months old, doing the forbidden thumb sucking! I have to constantly pull his hands out of his mouth. He is teething so he wants them a lot.

These are our chicks.
